geoutils.operators.LinearCoefficients

class geoutils.operators.LinearCoefficients(weights, offset=0.0)

This class allows to define linear operators (interpolator or reducer) that can be optionally used with weights, or with uncertainty propagation.

Such an Interpolator or Reducer can be expressed as a weighted sum weights @ values + offset, and needs to implement a coefficients() method that returns this LinearCoefficients class.

Parameters:

• weights (NDArray[floating[Any] | integer[Any]]) – One coefficient for every value in LocalData.

• offset (float) – Constant added after the weighted sum.
